What does ‘success’ mean to you?

In case you missed it, I wanted to share a video I did in the Facebook group recently on the topic of success.

How do you know if you are ‘successful’?

Do you rely on external measures like job title, salary, what car you drive or how big your house is? Or do you look at more internal measures like feeling happier? Having more time? Feeling less stressed? Doing meaningful work?

Sometimes without realising it, we end up chasing after someone else’s definition of success.

Maybe it’s your parents’? Or your boss’s? Or just what wider society thinks it should be. But everyone’s version of success is unique, and competing with other people’s versions won’t get you anywhere.

The key is to figure out what you really want.

So in the video I talk about:

  • The limiting belief that was holding me back in my business
  • Why it’s so important to know your ‘why’
  • How I changed my perspective on success

Click here to watch it now. If you’re not a member of the group, you’ll need to join as it is a closed group. Make sure you watch it through and share what success means to you in the comments thread. I’d love to hear!
