Coaching & People Development Support for Organisations
Organisations often lose talented people at key transition points.
When someone becomes a parent. Steps into leadership. Returns from leave. Faces redundancy. Questions their next move. Navigates significant change.
Confidence can dip. Identity can shift. Engagement can quietly erode.
Left unsupported, high-performing people can become retention risks.
This is the space I work in.
I’m an AC-accredited Executive Coach with over 10 years’ experience supporting professionals, leaders and organisations through career transition, leadership development and key moments of change.
Having spent my early career in advertising, television production and journalism, I understand the realities of fast-paced, performance-driven environments where people are expected to stay effective even while navigating significant professional or personal transition.
Today, I partner with organisations to provide coaching and people development support that helps employees stay engaged, grow with confidence and navigate change more successfully.
My work combines executive coaching, strengths-based development and psychologically informed coaching approaches to support people through meaningful transition and growth.
This can help organisations:
retain valuable talent during key life and career transitions
support leadership development and progression
improve confidence, engagement and resilience during change
strengthen internal mobility and career development conversations
better support working parents and returners
provide flexible coaching support without the need for permanent headcount
How I support organisations
Working Parent & Return-to-Work Support
Parenthood is one of the most significant transitions many professionals will experience — yet organisational support is often focused on logistics rather than the emotional and professional impact.
As a qualified parental transition coach and working parent myself, I support organisations to retain and re-engage talented employees through this critical period.
Coaching can support employees with:
preparing for parental leave
confidence before and after leave
identity shifts
return-to-work transitions
balancing ambition and flexibility
career progression after parenthood
Support can be delivered through 1:1 coaching, return-to-work support packages or tailored programmes for working parents.
Flexible organisational support
For organisations needing additional coaching or people development capability without the commitment of a permanent hire.
I can provide flexible retained or project-based support across areas such as:
employee coaching
leadership development
working parent support
internal mobility and career development
transition support during organisational change
workshop facilitation
employee engagement initiatives
This can be delivered as embedded coaching support, retained people development partnership or bespoke project work depending on your needs.
1:1 coaching
Tailored coaching for professionals and leaders navigating transition, development and change:

Workshops and group programmes

Workshops can be delivered as Lunch & Learns, team sessions or bespoke development programmes.
Popular topics include:
resilience during change
strengths at work
confidence and progression
career development
navigating transition
self-employment and career reinvention

return-to-work conversations
Sessions are designed to be practical, thought-provoking and immediately relevant to the realities of modern working life.
